 A bright popular boy who loves learning. He was introduced to the idea of 11 plus tuition and grammar school through the programme lead by Tintagel Partners at his school. Prior to this, he had never heard of grammar school. He worked diligently on his 11 plus studies and secured a place at a grammar school in the West Midlands in 2022 which is highly competitive and academically outstanding. If not for the fully funded tuition he received, he would have never aspired to grammar school and gained entry. Instead he would have attended his local comprehensive school. The grammar school he is now attending gains significantly higher outcomes for children attending than his local school and will give him the best possible chance of achieving his full potential. We keep in touch with all our students and recently spoke to child A's mother, who proudly informed us that he is in top sets across all subjects at grammar school. 

 A quiet and friendly boy who has great enthusiasm and aptitude for maths. He was introduced to the 11 plus tuition programme through our partner company, Tintagel Tutoring, and attended his tuition in a small group here. He was a very talented young boy and progressed very quickly learning to work with both speed and accuracy on 11 plus questions. He received an impressive standardised score in the 11 plus examination of 246 giving him the choice of most grammar school in the West Midlands. His parents said, "A big thank you for your support for children like Child B in an inner city Birmingham school that has the potential to achieve great things and is given a chance to attend a grammar school setting. We watched Child B eagerly do his homework from Tintagel Tutoring every week. We are thrilled that he has passed with such a high score which allowed us to select several grammar schools on his secondary school admission form." Child B also gave us a few comments about his tuition journey, "I have enjoyed my journey towards sitting the 11 plus test. The sessions at Tintagel Tutoring were fun to do and I enjoyed all the sessions. I made friends with other students in the group and looked forward to attending every week. My mum treated me to my favourite desert when I came home after sitting the 11+ exam. We are delighted with Child B results and cant wait to hear more about how he progresses at grammar school.  

Child C is aiming to achieve a place at either Aston University 6th Form (AUEA) or Bishop Vesey 6th Form - both of which are academically higher achieving than her current school's sixth form. She is currently attaining grade 8 in English literature,  language and history, grade 9 in religious studies and grade 7 in science. However, because she is only taking 8 GCSE subjects she will need to get top marks in all of these in order to gain a place at one of her chosen sixth forms. As she is an incredibly hard worker and naturally bright, Tintagel Partners were able to provide tuition in Spanish for her to help to realise these goals.
